Why this works
How Concord protects every pack
This service checks the pack in your hand against Concord's own production records.
Every Concord pack carries its own code. No two packs share one, and a code can only be claimed once.
Your code is checked against Concord's own manufacturing records — not a list a counterfeiter could copy.
If anything looks wrong, Concord's quality team reads every report and there is a real number to call.
Before you check
What the answers mean
You will get one of these six answers. Only the first one means the pack has been confirmed as genuine.
Genuine — first check
The code is correct and this is the first time it has been used. Compare the product and batch shown against your pack.
Already verified
The code is correct but someone has checked it before. That can be innocent, and it can also mean a copied code — stop and contact Concord.
Expired
The pack is past its expiry date. Do not take the medicine.
Do not use
The batch has been withdrawn. Stop using the medicine and ring the number shown on the answer.
Not recognised
No such code. Check for a mistyped digit first — and if it still fails, tell Concord.
Try again shortly
The check could not be completed. Nothing is wrong with your pack; try again in a few minutes.
Questions
Frequently asked
Where do I find the 12-digit code?
It is hidden under the silver scratch panel on the pack. Scratch it gently with a coin — the code is twelve digits, and the spaces are added for you as you type.
I scratched the panel and the code does not work.
Check every digit again first, especially 0 and 8. If it still fails, do not take the medicine and tell Concord about the pack.
It says the pack has already been verified. What does that mean?
Someone checked this code before you. It may have been the pharmacist, or you may have checked it twice. It can also mean the code was copied onto a counterfeit pack, so if you did not check it before, contact Concord before taking the medicine.
Do you store my personal information?
No. Your address is never stored — only a daily-changing pseudonym and your district. The full detail is in the privacy notice.
What do I do if I think a pack is fake?
Keep the pack, stop taking the medicine and send a report. You can add photos, and you do not need an account.
Who do I call?
Concord's support line and e-mail address are at the bottom of this page, and on every answer this page gives you.
